SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to deliver outstanding service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and help customers find the right products across irrigation, lighting, turf, and landscape supplies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Green industry knowledge a plus or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, or online ordering.
• Pull and prep inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Support merchandising and inventory management with a focus on safety.
