Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply in Connecticut is hiring bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representatives (CSSRs) to serve commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will provide exceptional service, manage relationships, assist with orders, and help grow sales while adopting new technologies.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail/wholesale, strong customer service, and a willingness to learn. Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs and a high school diploma are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bilingual proficiency - English/Spanish preferred
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products a plus
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
• Inventory management experience helpful
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
• Assist customers with questions and needs in person, by phone, or online
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while maintaining safety
