SiteOne Landscape Supply in Lakeland, FL seeks a bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to deliver outstanding customer service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will build relationships, assist with in-store, phone, or online orders, and prepare inventory for pickup or delivery.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail/wholesale, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual proficiency - English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with their questions and needs, in person, via phone or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery.
• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to positively impact business performance.
• Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
