SiteOne Landscape Supply in Louisville, KY is seeking a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to deliver top-tier service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will assist customers in person, by phone, or online, and manage inventory for pickup or delivery while building lasting relationships.

Minimum 1 year in retail/wholesale with strong customer service skills is required. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and orders in person, by phone, or online.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working.
