The role targets a results-driven sales professional who builds new business, manages customer relationships, and grows revenue through strategic outreach and account development in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking and lead development.
• Manage and grow client accounts while identifying additional sales opportunities.
• Present products or services to customers and negotiate agreements.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports and support revenue growth goals.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience.
• Experience in wholesale sales required.
• Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is required.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
• Ability to travel frequently for business.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Conduct product and service presentations tailored to client needs and prospective customer goals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements while supporting customer satisfaction and company objectives.
• Manage existing accounts, strengthen client relationships, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Track sales activity, meet or exceed sales quotas, prepare performance reports, and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
