Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in Riverside, CA is seeking a Safety Coordinator (EHS) for a manufacturing site. You will promote OSHA/EHS compliance, lead safety training, inspections, and incident investigations in collaboration with operations and leadership.

This bilingual Spanish-speaking role offers a stable temp-to-hire path, with a schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, occasional overtime and Saturdays, and opportunities to expand safety certifications while making a meaningful impact on site

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of safety-related experience or advanced training/education in safety.
• Ability to obtain a 30-hour OSHA card within 6 months and OSHA 511 within 18 months.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local safety laws and company policies.
• Maintain site safety guidelines, procedures, documentation, reporting records, and regulatory files.
• Conduct safety training, job safety analyses, inspections, investigations, and corrective action follow-up.
• Lead safety programs including respiratory protection, internal inspections, certifications, and incident reporting.
• Partner with operations leadership to promote accident prevention and environmental compliance.
