Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; ability to translate documents as needed.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience with Paycom preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA and how these laws interact.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly positions; partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs.
• Manage leaves of absence, benefit questions, and attendance tracking in accordance with company policy.
• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly employees and back up salaried payroll; audit timesheets for accuracy.
• Maintain employee data in Paycom and support HR-related documentation and orientations.
