Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's Degree considered
• 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• HR Generalist background strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, recruiting, and compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the HR Manager to support daily HR operations
• Assist with employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding
• Support recruitment activities, including screening, interviewing, and new hire processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinate orientation and training programs
• Assist with compliance, policy administration, and employment law requirements
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace practices
• Prepare reports, maintain HR databases, and support special projects as needed
• Serve as a resource for both English and Spanish-speaking employees
