Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Customer Care Specialist in Oklahoma to serve as the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries, building relationships, and coordinating orders across domestic and Latin American markets.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, bilingual English/Spanish, experience in customer service and order management, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in customer service, customer account management, inside sales, or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Experience with ERP or CRM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service & Relationship Management: serve as primary contact for customers, respond to inquiries by phone and email, develop and maintain relationships, provide order status updates and assistance with concerns, coordinate requests for timely resolution.
• Order Processing & Administration: process customer orders for domestic and Latin American markets, maintain accurate customer data, pricing and order records in ERP, establish new accounts, process invoices and shipping docs, coordinate samples.
• Sales & Commercial Support: prepare customer quotations for standard and customized products, support sales initiatives through communications and product updates, collaborate with sales and other departments.
• Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination: coordinate with manufacturing and operations to align production with delivery expectations, manage returns/credits, resolve order concerns with quality teams.
