Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in customer service, customer account management, inside sales, or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Experience with ERP or CRM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Relationship Management: respond to inquiries via phone and email, build relationships.
• Order Processing & Administration: process orders for domestic and Latin American markets, maintain data in ERP.
• Sales & Commercial Support: prepare quotations, support sales initiatives, and share product updates.
• Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination: align production schedules, manage returns and credits, resolve issues with quality.
