Qualifikationen

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in customer service, account management, inside sales, or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a primary contact for customers via phone and email.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide order status updates, delivery timelines, and assist with customer concerns.
• Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Process customer orders for domestic and Latin American markets.
• Maintain accurate customer information, pricing, and order records in ERP/CRM.
• Establish new customer accounts and maintain customer databases.
• Process invoices and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate product sample requests and fulfillment.
• Prepare customer quotations and support sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and other internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and operations teams to align production schedules with delivery expectations.
• Manage product returns, credits, and related issues.
