• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish; strong communication.
• Experience in customer service, account management, inside sales, or sales support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Experience with ERP or CRM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone and email.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide order status updates and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate customer requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Process domestic and Latin American orders.
• Maintain accurate customer data, pricing, and orders in ERP.
• Establish new customer accounts and maintain databases.
• Process invoices and shipping documents.
• Prepare quotes for standard and customized products.
• Support sales initiatives with communications and updates.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to align production and delivery.
• Manage product returns, credits, and related service issues.
• Work with quality and operations to resolve order concerns.
