Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Experience in customer service, account management, inside sales, or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems; ERP/CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone and email; build relationships.
• Provide order status updates, delivery timelines, and assist with concerns.
• Process orders for domestic and Latin American markets; maintain customer records in ERP.
• Maintain customer databases, invoices, and shipping documentation; fulfill sample requests.
• Prepare quotations for standard and customized products; support sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, operations, and quality to resolve issues and align production with delivery timelines.
• Manage returns, credits, and related customer service issues.
