Workforce Recruiter is seeking a bilingual Customer Care Specialist in Oklahoma to be the primary contact for customers, handle orders, and support sales teams. You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and timely customer service.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent, English and Spanish fluency, strong communication, organization, and experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

• Respond to inquiries via phone and email as a primary contact for customers.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide order status updates, delivery timelines, and assistance with customer concerns.
• Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Process customer orders for domestic and Latin American markets.
• Maintain accurate customer information, pricing, and order records in ERP.
• Establish new customer accounts and maintain databases.
• Process invoices and shipping documentation.
• Coordinate product sample requests and fulfillment.
• Prepare customer quotations for standard and customized products.
• Support sales initiatives through customer communications and product updates.
• Collaborate with sales and internal departments to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and operations to align production with delivery.
• Manage product returns, credits, and related service issues.
• Partner with quality and operations to resolve product or order concerns.
