Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a bilingual Customer Care Specialist to be a primary contact for customers in Oklahoma. You will build relationships, process orders, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in customer service, order management, and sales support. Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience in customer service, account management, inside sales, or sales support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Experience with ERP or CRM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for customers via phone and email.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide order status updates, delivery timelines, and assist with concerns.
• Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Process customer orders for domestic and Latin American markets.
• Maintain accurate customer information, pricing, and order records in ERP/SAP.
• Establish new customer accounts and manage databases.
• Process invoices and shipping documents.
• Coordinate product sample requests and fulfillment.
• Prepare quotations for standard and customized products.
• Support sales initiatives through customer communications and promotions.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and operations to align production with delivery expectations.
• Manage product returns, credits, and related issues.
• Partner with quality and operations to resolve order concerns.
