Aaron’s, Inc. is hiring a Customer Accounts Advisor (Bilingual) to drive collections and renewals while helping customers reach ownership of their merchandise. The role involves phone and face-to-face interactions, building relationships, and meeting revenue and renewal targets.

The position offers an hourly wage of $15.00 to $15.75 plus potential performance-based incentive pay, with full benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in store system.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Counsel customers on collections and renewals by phone or home visits as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Load and secure product safely in company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
