Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor (Bilingual) at our Buford, GA location. The role focuses on coaching customers, driving payments and renewals, and helping ownership goals through strong relationships by phone and in person.

You will maintain customer records, support achievement of revenue targets, handle renewals by counseling customers, and uphold Aaron's brand while delivering excellent service. Eligible for incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
