Aaron's Bradenton store is seeking a bilingual Customer Accounts Advisor to support payments, renewals, and ownership goals by guiding customers through their lease agreements. This role emphasizes empathetic communication, relationship-building, and accurate account maintenance across in-store and on-call interactions.

You will work with a team to meet daily revenue targets, manage collections, and assist with merchandise returns, while enjoying competitive hourly pay plus incentive

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history.
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales.
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets.
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle.
• Clean and certify returned merchandise.
