Job summary

Berkeys Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical, located in Southlake, TX, seeks a bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to answer inbound calls, schedule HVAC, plumbing and electrical services, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. The role is on-site with Tue-Sat 9am-6pm shifts and earning potential noted below.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual, customer-focused, and comfortable navigating multiple systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Home services experience is a plus—training provided.
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments.
• Help customers choose appointment times and provide excellent service.
• Update customer information and document interactions.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and Operations to maintain schedules.
