Job summary

Portfolio Resident Service in League City is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to support affordable housing residents with social and educational programs. You will coordinate CORES certified resident services, create monthly calendars of activities, and help lift families toward better life skills.

The ideal candidate is self-starting, organized, and able to work 12-5pm three days per week, with bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work 3 days per week; Hours are 12-5pm (Monday– Friday).
• Experience in education, social work, nonprofit or related field preferred.
• Volunteer experience considered.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Excellent organizational, computer, and administrative skills.
• Familiarity with community resources and resident services.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming environment to residents and serve as initial contact at the community center.
• Prepare reports based on calendars, sign-in sheets, and contracted program hours.
• Design and post monthly calendars and flyers on-site; distribute door-to-door.
• Oversee program offerings, recruit volunteers, solicit donations, partner with community groups.
• Record communications with volunteers and partners; submit monthly logs.
• Inform residents about local resources and assist with program planning.
• Monitor interactions with residents of all ages.
• Maintain organization of PRS binders and documents for audits.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
