Job summary

Portfolio Resident Service in Pasadena, TX is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to join our mission of improving life quality in affordable housing communities. You will provide CORES resident services, create monthly activity calendars, and support residents with development and resources.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly organized, communicates well, and can work independently with a heart for the community.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work 2 days per week; Hours are 12-5pm (Mon-Fri).
• Experience in education, social work, nonprofit or related field preferred.
• Volunteer experience considered; ability to engage residents and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming point of contact for residents at the community center.
• Design and post monthly calendars and flyers; manage sign-in sheets.
• Oversee program offerings, recruit volunteers, solicit donations, and partner with community resources.
• Maintain records of communications, donations, and program hours monthly.
• Support resident needs and coordinate with management; supervise use of the center.
• Attend quarterly team meetings and assist with reports as required.
