Qualifications

• Experience in education, social work, or nonprofit settings.
• Availability to work 2 days per week (1–5pm).
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a monthly calendar of developmental activities and resources.
• Oversee donations, resident engagement and volunteer efforts.
• Recruit volunteers and work with community partners.
• Prepare reports based on calendars, sign-in sheets, and activities.
• Maintain sign-in sheets and track program hours.
• Provide information about local resources to residents.
• Communicate resident needs to staff for proactive addressing.
• Supervise the community center to ensure a clean, organized space.
