Job summary

Portfolio Resident Service is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to support residents in affordable housing communities. You will create and implement monthly activity calendars, coordinate programs that build life skills, and connect residents with local resources.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills, able to work independently 1-5pm, Monday through Friday, two days per week.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in education, social work, non-profit or related fields.
• Ability to work with residents of diverse ages and backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a monthly calendar of developmental activities and resources.
• Coordinate program offerings, recruit volunteers, and track participation.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain sign-in sheets for activities.
