Job summary

PORTFOLIO RESIDENT SERVICES INC is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to support residents in affordable housing communities. You will coordinate CORES certified resident services and help deliver programs that build knowledge, healthy lifestyles, and family skills.

The role emphasizes a self-starter, organized, and people-focused individual who can manage calendars, recruit volunteers, and supervise community center activities on-site with flexible hours and a 12–5pm window, 2–3 days per

Qualifications

Must be available to work 2-3 days per week; hours 12-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Occasional evening and weekend availability may be required as duties demand.
Experience in education, social work, non-profit or related field; volunteers considered.
Experience with children, teens, adults and/or seniors; multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming atmosphere at the community center and serve as first point of contact.
Prepare reports based on calendar activities and hours.
Design and post monthly calendars and flyers on-site; door-to-door distribution.
Oversee activities, recruit volunteers, solicit donations and partner with community groups.
Log communications and monthly donations; share resident needs with staff.
Monitor and supervise the community center to ensure a clean, organized space.
