• Experience in education, social work, or nonprofit settings.
• Ability to work 12-5pm two days per week.
• Capable of multitasking and coordinating calendars.
• Familiarity with community resources.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and act as initial contact at the community center.
• Prepare monthly reports based on calendars and activity hours.
• Design and post monthly calendars and flyers; distribute on-site.
• Oversee activities, recruit volunteers, solicit donations, partner with community orgs.
• Maintain sign-in sheets and log communications.
• Share resident needs with staff; address proactively.
• Monitor interactions with residents of all ages.
• Maintain organization of PRS binders and documents.
• Support management and PRS staff with other duties.
