Qualifications

• Must have experience in education, social work, nonprofit or related fields.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent organizational, computer, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming atmosphere and serve as first contact at the community center.
• Prepare monthly reports and sign-in sheets for activities.
• Design and post monthly calendars; distribute flyers on-site and door-to-door.
• Oversee activities, recruit volunteers, solicit donations, and collaborate with partners.
• Maintain sign-in sheets and monitor program engagement.
• Provide information on local resources to residents.
• Communicate resident needs to staff to address them proactively.
• Supervise community center use and keep space tidy.
