Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff across leasing, maintenance, and administration, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial performance.

Lead the annual budget, leasing strategy, and resident relations to achieve high occupancy and service quality. The role requires strong leadership, staff development, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• On-site software proficiency and basic computer skills are required.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements knowledge is preferred.
• CAM/ARM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration.
• Develop annual operating budgets and monitor deposits, rent collections, and invoices.
• Lead leasing strategies, marketing plans, and resident retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Manage emergency responses and maintain property appearance and upkeep.
