Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a residential community on-site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, budgets, and risk management while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing laws.

As the on-site leader, you will develop annual plans, monitor financial reports, and drive resident satisfaction through proactive communication, events, and retention programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations, staff supervision, leasing, maintenance, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop annual operating budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Plan marketing strategies and lead resident retention programs.
• Provide leadership to staff, coach, train, and manage performance.
• Respond to resident concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
