Wider Circle in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to lead Connect For Life, a program that builds health, trust, and belonging among neighbors. You will host events, conduct home visits, and engage members both in person and by phone to improve care and outcomes.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, with 3+ years in outreach and a Pennsylvania CHW certificate preferred; associate degree or equivalent experience is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for member engagement.
• 3+ years in community outreach, teaching, or facilitation.
• Pennsylvania CHW certificate preferred; associate degree acceptable with experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Connect For Life program, building trust and promoting health.
• Plan and host virtual and in-person events to foster relationships.
• Proactively contact members and conduct home visits to engage participants.
• Document member interactions and track outreach in digital systems.
• Identify and recruit Wider Circle Ambassadors to support events.
• Outreach to enroll new members and connect them to health plans.
• Monitor engagement metrics and report on hours and activities.
• Travel for in-home visits and event participation as needed.
