Job summary

Wider Circle in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist to lead Connect For Life, coordinating events, home visits, and outreach to connect neighbors for better health and well-being.

The role requires English/Spanish bilingualism, 3+ years in community outreach or facilitation, and a Pennsylvania Community Health Worker Certificate preferred. Compensation is $20.77–$22.31 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 3+ years in community outreach, teaching, or facilitation.
• Pennsylvania Community Health Worker Certificate strongly preferred.
• Experience engaging with communities of 500+ members.

Responsibilities

• Lead Connect For Life program, building trust and coordinating events.
• Plan and host virtual and in-person events to foster relationships.
• Proactively contact members, conduct home visits, and monthly engagement.
• Record interactions and report through Wider Circle systems.
