Wider Circle seeks a Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist in Charleston, WV to lead Connect For Life, plan events, and engage neighbors for better health. This role involves in-person and virtual activities, home visits, and proactive member outreach to close care gaps and reduce inequities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in community outreach and a degree or equivalent experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with a flexible, independent work style and strong communication skills.

Formación

• 3+ years in community outreach, teaching, or facilitation strongly preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Independent worker with ability to manage remote work.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Connect For Life program, build trust and promote health.
• Plan and host virtual and in-person events to foster relationships.
• Proactively contact members and conduct home visits.
• Engage members in monthly activities and track participation.
• Document interactions in Wider Circle systems.
• Identify ambassadors to support community engagement.
