Veros Credit, LLC in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (90+ Days) to manage auto loan accounts that are 90+ days delinquent and record all collection actions in our servicing system. You will negotiate payment arrangements, ensure compliance with FDCPA, and collaborate with borrowers to develop paths back to current status while protecting recoveries.

Candidates should have 5+ years in collections, be bilingual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment; the role

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in debt collections, preferably auto lending.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply FDCPA and related regulations.
• HS diploma or GED is required.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all policies and FDCPA regulations in collections activities.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers and propose alternatives.
• Help borrowers devise plans to keep their vehicle while meeting loan obligations.
• Document all account information and collection activity accurately.
• Use skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
