Job summary

Veros Credit, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (Pre 30’s) to service auto loan accounts that are under 30 days delinquent, documenting all collection activities in the servicing system. The role emphasizes FDCPA compliance, negotiation of payment plans, and helping borrowers keep their vehicles while meeting loan obligations.

Required 1+ year in collections, strong communication and negotiation skills, and bilingual English/Spanish. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in collections, preferably subprime consumer lending.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply federal, state, and local collections regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure compliance with company policies and the FDCPA.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and propose alternatives to help borrowers meet obligations.
• Assist borrowers in strategies to keep their vehicle while satisfying the loan.
• Document account information and collection activities accurately and professionally.
• Utilize skip tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Other duties as assigned.
