Zusammenfassung

Veros Credit, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (61+ Days) to service auto loan accounts 61+ days delinquent and document activities in loan servicing software. In-office roles are available in Santa Ana, CA and Ontario, CA.

Essential duties include complying with FDCPA, negotiating payment plans, and helping borrowers stay in their vehicles while meeting loan obligations. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in automotive collections with 61+ delinquency.
• 2+ years of skip tracing experience; reinstatements a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Read, interpret and apply FDCPA and related regulations.
• Interact with customers professionally and tactfully.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule with overtime as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
