Veros Credit, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist (Pre 30’s) to manage auto loan accounts under 30 days delinquent and document activities using loan servicing software.

The role focuses on FDCPA compliance, negotiating payment plans with borrowers, and helping them keep their vehicle while meeting loan obligations. Bilingual English/Spanish is required, with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in collections, preferably subprime consumer lending.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and apply FDCPA and other regulations.
• Professional, tactful, and customer-focused interaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, independently or in a team.
• Flexible work schedule and overtime as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow FDCPA and company policies in all collections activities.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and propose alternative methods.
• Help borrowers develop plans to keep their vehicle.
• Document account information and collection activities accurately.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
