Veros Credit, LLC is seeking an Account Servicing Specialist to manage auto loan accounts 61+ days delinquent and document collection activities using our loan servicing software. In this role you will negotiate repayment plans, ensure FDCPA compliance, and work with borrowers to keep their vehicles while meeting loan obligations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in automotive collections handling 61+ delinquency.
• 2+ years skip tracing experience.
• Reinstatements experience is a plus.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply FDCPA and related regulations.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

• Follow and ensure compliance with company policies and FDCPA.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers and propose alternative methods.
• Assist borrowers in strategies to keep their vehicle while meeting loan obligations.
• Accurately document account information and collection activities.
• Utilize skip tracing tools and reference sources to locate delinquent borrowers.
• Other duties as assigned.
