Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks a qualified professional to oversee delivery of ABA-based interventions for children with ASD via subcontracted vendors. You will audit treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure proper caregiver training is delivered in alignment with individualized treatment plans.

The role requires a Master’s degree, BCBA certification, CPR, and 3+ years in ASD-focused multidisciplinary settings.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of scientifically validated methodologies for ASD.
• Expertise in ABA-based intervention approaches (PRT, NET, PECS, BST, EFA).
• Strong clinical, administrative, and leadership skills; case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate subcontracted vendor programs for quality assurance across locations.
• Review and approve treatment plans and progress reports; ensure active authorization.
• Troubleshoot vendor/parent concerns and ensure appropriate level of care.
• Monitor communications among families, staff and administrators; report issues.
• Participate in monthly meetings; conduct annual vendor audits and follow-ups.
