Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. is seeking a licensed professional to oversee ABA-based interventions for participants served by subcontracted vendors. You will audit treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure caregiver training aligns with the treatment plan across the organization’s service area.

The role requires a Master’s degree with BCBA certification, 3+ years of ASD experience, CPR certification, and strong leadership and communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and BCBA certification.
• CPR certification is required and must be current.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ASD in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Review subcontracted vendor programs for quality assurance.
• Approve treatment plans and progress reports.
• Ensure active authorizations and monitor progress toward goals.
• Address vendor/parent concerns and ensure appropriate level of care.
• Maintain documentation and participate in monthly meetings.
• Conduct annual vendor audits and follow-up actions.
