Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks a qualified professional to oversee ABA-based intervention delivery for subcontracted vendors serving children with ASD. Under general direction you will review treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure caregiver training aligns with the treatment plan.

The role requires a Master’s degree with BCBA certification, 3 years of related experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with specialization in ASD.
• BCBA certification is required; MFT or licensed psychologist is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates subcontracted vendor programs for quality assurance by observing procedures across locations.
• Reviews and approves treatment plans and progress reports; ensures active authorization and progress toward goals.
• Troubleshoots and resolves vendor/parent concerns (authorization, productivity, etc.).
• Evaluates effectiveness of subcontracted vendor services through participant assignments and communication with families and staff.
• Participates in monthly meetings and conducts annual vendor audits with follow-up as directed.
• Prepares and reports monthly caseload status including participant and vendor concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
