Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks a clinical supervisor to lead ABA programs for children with ASD, supervise direct reports, and ensure adherence to best practices. You will mentor program managers and behavior interventionists, collaborate with families, and coordinate with regional partners.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, CPR, and 2–3 years of ASD experience in a multi-disciplinary setting. Local travel up to 50% is expected.

• Expertise in ABA-based intervention approaches.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates ABA-based behavior programs, conducts assessments, and educates parents.
• Performs evaluations, case-management reviews, and quality assurance as assigned.
• Attends staff meetings and develops training materials for staff development.
• Oversees associate performance and onboarding; supports certification preparation.
• Works with regional leadership on recruitment and program operations.
