Responsibilities

• Review and approve treatment plans and progress reports.
• Ensure active authorizations and monitor participant progress toward goals.
• Troubleshoot vendor/parent concerns and monitor vendor productivity.
• Prepare monthly caseload status reports and vendor concerns.
• Conduct annual vendor audits and participate in monthly meetings.
