Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. seeks a program supervisor to oversee ABA interventionists serving individuals with ASD. The role involves data-driven program management, progress reporting, and collaboration with BCBA supervision to develop and implement treatment plans.

You will plan activities, monitor outcomes, and maintain comprehensive documentation while communicating with families and staff. A master’s degree and ASD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field (ECE/Developmental psychology).
• 2 years of professional experience with children with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Interventionists to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage and maintain program records and data fidelity checks.
• Plan and lead monthly progress updates for each family.
• Develop and deliver intervention activities and provide parent education.
• Monitor skill acquisition in natural settings and document progress.
• Complete evaluations, treatment notes, reports, and exit summaries.
• Provide ongoing staff training and participate in meetings and planning.
• Stay current on autism research and ABA practices.
• Communicate with participants' families and case supervisor.
