Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. is seeking a BCBA with ABA expertise to supervise and direct ABA programs for children with developmental delays and ASD. You will oversee program components, provide essential training, and collaborate with families, therapists, and health care partners.

The role requires leadership, 2–3 years of ASD experience, and a Master’s in ABA with BCBA certification. A $5,000 signing bonus is offered and up to 50% local travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based supervision and direction to program staff and assessors.
• Coordinate parent education and intervention activities; liaison with families and providers.
• Monitor evaluations, QA reviews, and staff performance within the ABA program.
