Responsibilities

• Facilitates ABA-based behavior programs, conducts assessments, and educates parents.
• Reviews evaluations, case-management, QA, and audits per Regional Clinical Director.
• Leads staff meetings and develops training materials for staff development.
• Manages performance and productivity of associates within the region; trains new associates and ongoing trainings.
• Assists with recruitment/selection of new program associates with HR; oversees involved staff in recruitment.
• Attends conferences/trainings to stay current on autism/education developments.
• Acts as liaison between families, organization, and community agencies; travels as required.
