Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee ABA programs for children with ASD. You will review treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure subcontracted vendors deliver compliant services, with caregiver training and strong family collaboration.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA, Masters in a related field, and 3 years of ASD experience in a multidisciplinary setting; CPR certification is required, and some travel may be involved in the territory.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required with a focus on early childhood development or psychology.
• BCBA certification is required; MFT or licensed psychologist preferred.
• CPR certification must be current.
• Minimum 3 years of related ASD experience in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate subcontracted programs for quality assurance by observing locations across the territory.
• Review and approve treatment plans and progress reports; ensure active authorization for participants.
• Troubleshoot vendor/parent concerns and monitor participant care levels.
• Assess subcontracted services and communication with families and staff.
• Participate in monthly meetings and conduct vendor audits with follow-up.
• Prepare monthly caseload status reports and address participant/vendor concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
