Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field such as early childhood education, development, special education or psychology.
• 2 years of professional ASD experience.
• Knowledge of ABA methodologies and clinically based practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and maintains program records; leads monthly progress updates.
• Performs intervention activities and parent education according to plans.
• Documents evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and summaries.
• Provides ongoing staff training and attends relevant meetings.
• Keeps current with autism research and treatment trends.
• Maintains professional communication with participants and families.
