Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. seeks a qualified Behavior Analyst Program Evaluator to oversee ABA services delivered by subcontracted vendors across the organization’s territory.

The role ensures caregiver training, verifies treatment plans, and monitors progress for children diagnosed with ASD. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a relevant field, BCBA certification, and at least 3 years of ASD-related experience; CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate subcontracted vendor programs for quality assurance.
• Review and approve treatment plans and progress reports.

• Prepare monthly caseload/status and vendor concerns.
