Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist within the New Client Engagement team to deliver a customized onboarding experience for new and upgraded clients and demonstrate Gartner resources to drive adoption.

You will collaborate with Sales to showcase products, research client priorities, and conduct calls to articulate Gartner's value. The role combines onboarding excellence with proactive engagement to help clients realize return on investment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 6+ months relevant professional or internship experience
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; agile and flexible
• Well defined time management and organizational skills
• Bilingual in English and French

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales on how to effectively demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license.
• Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant Gartner resources to drive impact.
• Facilitate prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartner's products and services to decision makers.
