Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
• Strong track record of providing top-tier customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with FileVine or similar case management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client engagement: promptly contact clients after live transfers from intake.
• Appointment coordination: schedule treatment appointments within 24 hours and confirm attendance.
• Documentation: request and file police reports, initiate claims, and send Letters of Representation to insurers.
• Case management: maintain organized files for 2-3 weeks and complete required actions.
• Promotion: effectively communicate and promote the firm's services to clients.
