Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys seeks a dedicated Bilingual Client Services Representative to be the first contact for clients, guiding them through initial case steps with exceptional service. The role emphasizes prompt client engagement, appointment coordination, and precise documentation to support active cases.

The ideal candidate will have strong English/Spanish communication, a proven customer service background, and comfort with MS Office and case management systems.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
• Strong track record of providing top tier customer service is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain organized case files.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (2 years required) and familiarity with FileVine or other case management systems is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Promptly contact clients upon receiving live transfers from intake.
• Appointment Coordination: Schedule treatment appointments within 24 hours and confirm attendance.
• Documentation: Request and file police reports, initiate claims, and send Letters of Representation to insurers.
• Case Management: Maintain organized case files for 2-3 weeks and ensure necessary actions are completed.
• Promotion: Effectively communicate and promote the firm's services to all clients.
